TD Bank issues first sterling-denominated covered bond of the year, totalling GBP£1.25B

On January 29, 2026, The Toronto-Dominion Bank (“TD Bank”) completed its first sterling-denominated covered bond issuance of the year, a GBP£1.25 billion floating rate covered bond due January 29, 2031.
