Established in 1987, McCarthy Tétrault’s London office provides support to UK and EMEA counsel and their clients on Canadian legal matters. Lawyers in our London office practice exclusively Canadian law. We regularly advise on Canadian aspects of cross-border transactions and multijurisdictional disputes, and our presence in London allows us to deepen our relationships to better serve on cross-border legal matters.

Our London office includes senior practitioners with expertise in M&A, and debt and equity financing transactions across the global metal and mining, private equity, technology, energy and financial services sectors. Additionally, our team includes experienced litigators with expertise in multijurisdictional claims and arbitrations.
