Stracon Holdings completed its listing on the TSX after redomiciling to Canada and lists on TSX for US$400M

On November 1, 2025, Stracon Holdings S.A. (“Stracon”), a Peruvian company operating in the mining services and infrastructure construction fields throughout the Americas, redomiciled to Canada through an amalgamation, without a prior continuation, with a Yukon company. The amalgamated entity, Stracon Group Holding Inc., subsequently continued to Ontario and listed on the main board of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

In connection with the listing, certain waivers from TSX requirements were successfully obtained, and company employees became shareholders.
