CIBC completes €1.25B offering of 2.750% Series CBL64 Covered Bonds
On October 14, 2025, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) closed its offering of €1.25 billion 2.750% Series CBL64 Covered Bonds due April 15, 2031, (the “Covered Bonds”). The Covered Bonds were issued pursuant to CIBC's CAD 60 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.
