We had the opportunity to participate in the Symposium on Recent Developments in Labor Law 2026, organized in Montreal by the Quebec Bar Association. There, we presented a summary of our publication on recent trends and legal issues related to the rise of class actions in labor and employment law. The discussion highlighted our in-depth analysis of recent developments in this area, situating Quebec within the Canadian context, outlining the applicable legal framework, and presenting the main trends in case law.
