- Supreme Court of Canada: What is a “material change” and when must a public company make prompt public disclosure?
- Federal: Are plastic bags a “toxic substance”? Implications for federal environmental regulation and administrative law.
- Ontario/Atlantic: Drawing the Line on Title: Where Aboriginal Title Claims End—At the Edge of Fee Simple.
- Québec: How to determine whether an order is “made under” the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and therefore requires leave to appeal.
- West: Confirming that limitations periods can be considered at certification in class actions.
