Vantage Group Enters Into Credit Agreement With Syndicate of Domestic and International Lenders

On October 31, 2025, Vantage Group (“Vantage”) entered into a credit agreement with a syndicate of domestic and international lenders led by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. The agreement provides financing to support Vantage’s strategic growth initiatives and general corporate needs.

Vantage, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, develops and manages airports and transportation infrastructure around the world. Its current portfolio includes airports in Canada, the United States, Jamaica, The Bahamas and Cyprus.

McCarthy assisted Vantage with a team led by Jody Aldcorn, Genevieve Loxley and Victoria Everett and included Lance Williams, Mehak Suri, Matthew Yensen, Pedram Gholipour, Adam Berk (Financial Services), Selina Lee-Andersen (Environment), Vincent Yip (IP), Kelleher Lynch (Pensions), Carly Caruso, Damiana Pavone (Real Property) and Jeremy Ho (Tax).
