Vantage Group acquires additional ownership interest in LaGuardia Gateway Partners

On December 29, 2023, Vantage Group Ltd. (“Vantage”) completed its acquisition of an additional ownership interest of approximately 16% in LaGuardia Gateway Partners ("LGP") for USD $57 million from Skanska ID LGP, LLC. LGP is a private consortium, which was selected by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to develop and now manage LaGuardia Terminal B, a USD$5.1 billion, 35-gate terminal.

Vantage Group, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, develops and manages airports and transportation infrastructure around the world.

McCarthy Tétrault advised Vantage with a team led by Jody Aldcorn and included Dinah Holliday and Rebecca Ferguson (Business).
