On February 23, 2026, The Carlyle Group Inc. (“Carlyle”), through its Global Credit platform, announced a structured capital investment in Peloton Computer Enterprises Ltd. (“Peloton Computer”).
Carlyle, headquartered in Washington, DC, is a multinational private equity, alternative asset management, and financial services corporation.
Peloton Computer, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, is a global provider of technology solutions for the energy industry, helping organizations optimize operations and improve productivity.
