TD Commercial Mortgage Group loans C$34M to a borrower secured against a commercial plaza

On November 20, 2025, TD Commercial Mortgage Group (“TD”) provided a C$34 million loan to a borrower secured against a commercial plaza in British Columbia which was partially fee simple titled and partially aboriginal titled.
