Rexel acquires Techno-Contact 360 Inc. and Groupe Techno-Contact

On April 20, 2026, Rexel North America Inc. (“Rexel”) completed the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of Techno-Contact 360 Inc. and indirectly, all of its operating subsidiaries (collectively, “Groupe Techno-Contact”). McCarthy Tétrault acted as legal counsel to Rexel.

Rexel, based in Toronto, ON, is the Canadian affiliate of Rexel S.A., a France-based global leader in the professional multichannel distribution of electrical products and services for the energy sector. Rexel S.A. offers a broad portfolio of sustainable and innovative products, services and solutions in technical supply, automation and energy management, supporting construction, renovation, maintenance and production activities worldwide.

Groupe Techno-Contact, based in Québec City, QC, is a provider of electrical equipment, industrial automation and engineered solutions serving the industrial, commercial, institutional and critical infrastructure sectors. Through its integrated TC360 Solution offering, Groupe Techno-Contact provides customers with engineering, manufacturing and technical support services across a broad range of electrical and energy management applications.
