Queen Street Post Inc.'s Ontario Land Tribunal hearing on former Postal Station C at 1117 Queen Street West

On January 30, 2026, Queen Street Post Inc. attended at the Ontario Land Tribunal regarding the former Postal Station C at 1117 Queen Street West. Following a contested hearing, the Ontario Land Tribunal allowed the appeals, in part, with respect to the Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Heritage Alteration Permit and Demolition Permit, subject to conditions. The approved appeals permit a 27-storey (approx. 92 m) mixed-use redevelopment incorporating the former Postal Station C at 1117 Queen Street West, with 261 residential units.
