NFI Group completes C$350M offering of 6.625% senior unsecured notes due 2033

On July 21, 2026, NFI Group Inc. (“NFI”) completed an offering of C$350 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% senior unsecured notes, with a maturity date of July 21, 2033 (the “Offering”).
The syndicate of agents in the Offering was co-led by National Bank Financial Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., and TD Securities Inc., as active joint bookrunners, and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., as passive joint bookrunners, and Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., ATB Capital Markets Corp., Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., as co-managers.
