Nestlé to divest Holistic Health portfolio to Yellow Wood Partners for US$1B

On September 1, 2026, Nestlé announced that it had agreed to divest its mainstream Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) business to Yellow Wood Partners for US$1 billion. The transaction is subject to applicable regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
Nestlé is a multinational food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland.
