KKR agrees to sell Axius Water

On May 4, 2026, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. ("KKR") announced that it, together with XPV Water Partners, agreed to sell Axius Water to CRH.
KKR is a leading global investment firm based in the United States.
McCarthy Tétrault LLP advised KKR, as Canadian counsel, with a team led by Maxine Ethier and Ivor Selimovic that included Spencer Baron (M&A), Chris Zawadski (Financial Services) and Deborah Salzberger (Competition).
