Keyera Corp. acquires remaining 50% interest in KAPS Pipeline from Stonepeak for C$1.2B

On June 17, 2026, Keyera Corp. ("Keyera") acquired the remaining 50% interest in the KAPS Pipeline from Stonepeak for C$1.2 billion, resulting in full ownership of the asset. Following the acquisition, Keyera became the sole owner and operator of the KAPS Pipeline, a natural gas liquids ('NGL") system in Alberta that transports production from the Montney and Duvernay regions to downstream markets. The purchase was funded through a mix of existing credit facilities, an equity offering, and planned debt financing.

Keyera is a Canadian energy infrastructure company specialized in natural gas processing and gathering, as well as NGL processing, transportation, and storage.

Stonepeak is a New York-based investment firm focused on infrastructure and real assets.
