Enstructure announces acquisition of LOGISTEC’s marine terminal operations

On June 15, 2026, LOGISTEC announced that Enstructure has agreed to acquire all of its marine terminal operations. LOGISTEC is a Montréal-based terminal operator and logistics provider, majority owned by Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC ("Blue Wolf"). Following the transaction, Blue Wolf will continue as an investor in the combined entity. The acquisition will create an expanded North American network of marine terminals and logistics assets spanning major trade corridors and industrial markets. Based in New York, Blue Wolf is a private equity firm that specializes in middle-market investments across the industrial and healthcare sectors.
