Energy Capital Partners invests in Green Infrastructure Partners in connection with its C$4.25B recapitalization

On September 2, 2025, Energy Capital Partners completed its investment in Green Infrastructure Partners supporting its recapitalization led by GFL Environmental Inc. at an enterprise value of C$4.25 billion.
