Canadian Life Companies Split Corp. completes overnight offering of C$60.11M

On February 11, 2026, Canadian Life Companies Split Corp. completed an overnight offering of C$60.11 million of Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. The net proceeds will be invested in an actively managed portfolio primarily consisting of four publicly traded Canadian life insurance companies.
