Belden completes US$1.5B acquisition of RUCKUS Networks

On July 1, 2026, Belden Inc. ("Belden") completed its previously announced acquisition of RUCKUS Networks ("RUCKUS") from Vistance Networks for approximately US$1.85 billion. The acquisition establishes Belden as a provider of end-to-end IT/OT networking solutions with RUCKUS' portfolio of Wi-Fi and enterprise switching.

Belden, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is a manufacturer and supplier of networking, connectivity and cable products and services. Belden provides network infrastructure and communications technologies for enterprise and industrial applications.

RUCKUS, headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, is a provider of networking products and services. RUCKUS offers Wi‑Fi, switching and cloud-based network management solutions for customers in sectors including education, healthcare, hospitality and enterprise communications.
