BCI and Ethos Capital successfully complete strategic investment in BroadStreet Partners

On July 18, 2025, British Columbia Investment Management Corporation ("BCI") and Ethos Capital ("Ethos") successfully completed the closing of a strategic investment in BroadStreet Partners. This collaboration with Ethos and its co-investors is anticipated to bolster BroadStreet's long-term objectives, particularly in areas such as technology investment and digital transformation. 

BCI based in Victoria, BC, Canada is one of Canada’s largest institutional investors, with C$295 billion in gross assets under management.

Ethos headquartered in Boston, MA, USA is a values-driven investment firm that collaborates with its portfolio companies, providing them with resources and expertise in order to accelerate their growth.

BroadStreet Partners based in Columbus, OH, USA is an insurance brokerage holding company that specializes in acquiring agencies and serves as a financial partner to those with plans for growth through acquisitions.
