Altaris, LLC has acquired Tegria Services Group Inc. from Providence St. Joseph Health

On January 6, 2026, Altaris, LLC (“Altaris”), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Tegria Services Group, Inc. (“Tegria”) from Providence St. Joseph Health (“Providence”). This transaction establishes Tegria as a leading, independent provider of outsourced technology services that is well positioned to support healthcare providers and payers as they seek to modernize their technology infrastructure and reduce operating costs. Tegria will operate as a wholly owned portfolio company of Altaris and will continue to serve Providence as a preferred technology services partner.
Altaris is headquartered in New York City and is an investment firm with an exclusive focus on acquiring and building companies in the healthcare industry.
