On January 22, 2026, we represented a commercial landlord, 5000 Kingsway Ltd., in obtaining a rare contempt order against a commercial tenant who failed to comply with court orders. The contempt order follows earlier orders requiring the tenant to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to the landlord for breach of a lease.
