Tax Litigation Associate

McCarthy Tétrault is looking for a lawyer to join its Tax Litigation team in the Montreal office. McCarthy Tétrault's Tax Group is recognized as a Level 1 practice by Chambers Global 2025 and is experiencing significant growth. The opportunity to join this group should be seized by any ambitious candidate.

The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec and have between 2 and 5 years of professional experience focused on tax litigation. Completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program or a Master's program in taxation offered by a Canadian university is an asset. 

The candidate must have a superior academic and professional record, and be able to communicate effectively in French and English, both orally and in writing.
