Competition Law Associate

McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking a lawyer to join its Competition Law team in the Montreal office.

The practice will consist of competition law matters, mainly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, as well as work with respect to criminal and civil investigations, and client advisory work.

The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec and have between 3 and 5 years of experience in private practice, with a keen interest in competition law.

The candidate must have a superior academic and professional record and be able to communicate efficiently in English and French.
